#1 Couldn’t they go to the park if they cross-dressed? Nobody will know they are a soldier if they are all burka’d up. What if a soldier wants to play 18 holes of mini-golf to blow off some steam after a day of chopping off hands and shaking down folks at random checkpoints. A little burka action ought to be in line for that too.
