#4 Used to get it at a Jamaican themed restaurant in Pittsburgh's Strip District called Kaya. They served it with a habanero glaze which was zippy but not over the top.

Looking at their menu now, they seem to have discontinued that dish.

#5 Gator tail is quite common in seafood and cajun restaraunts around here on the gulf coast. Served basically like chicken nuggets, and that's pretty much how it tastes.
