There are perfectly good and natural reasons why otherwise healthy mommas needs some assistance now and then, and sometime the length of the nursing.

And no, I don't think Milk for Meth programs are going to catch with momma. I just don't see enough volunteer women with that much extra milk leading a healthy enough lifestyle to make that much of a difference, especially with logistics involved such as clean harvest center and collection, temperature control, efficient distribution. At least, not outside of the already established elite which probably do have women hired to 'live the desired lifestyle to desired milk' so baby gets organic milk while mom can stay on the pills and wine and not have to get icky.
