#4 If its the 56inch EastWest pumping station its serious, as its a crude export line to Yanbu terminal from Abqaiq, but that's far north of Riyadh. More likely it's simply a refined products depot. In which case its nothing to do with crude and will not effect exports. The IPSA line could be involved as that's in the same corridor as the 56 and 48inch lines. There are 11 pumping station along that E/W pipeline. There's always enough pumping capacity to circumvent one offline station.
