The format is a mock "letter" to his "uncle" (think: 'Hello Muddah') from a recruit into a Nazi battalion in Ukraine's war on the Donbas region after Nuland's coup in 2014. Half the audience laughs; the other half is appalled.

The video is authentic. No one with a conscience and a brain would make such jokes in 2014, with all the gruesome atrocities committed by neo-Nazis in Odessa in May of that year and across the Donbas then and the years following. At minimum, this man is a sick asshole who enjoys manipulating people like you.
