#2 This site ia actually a dummy test that was set up for use by a couple of 'white hat' hackers who do penetration and reliability exploits for clients. The took the site name because, like nobody would ever use this, right?
Turns out they had so many outside 'tickles' that they ended putting up a "service request" form on the front page, which they then forward on law enforcement.

#4 I assume a website like this was 100% FBI. In the past I assumed it was to catch the bad guys before they commit crimes. Now I assume it is to protect Democrats caught in the net.
