The NORTH KOREAN SOCIALIST DICTATORSHIP ELITE have had numerous famines over the last 40 years. North Korea has ranked 1st in the world in terms of military spending as a percentage of GDP. Instead of fixing long know repeated Food supply/AG problems.

The Elitists have well documented history of letting the Worker masses starve until word leaks out internationally. eg. Many past NK famines have taken the lives of over 1 million worker level North Koreans, or about 1 in 24 persons for thir population. All while the Elites just pigged out. .

Cannibalism was widely reported by various World Agencies and numerous defectors during recent Famines. Reports of Human Meat markets and starving families even killing and eating their own infants and/or strangers.

Remember when the world sent them over 500,000 of metric tons of food. Which the NK Elite repackaged to avoid showing the Yankee Capitalist Demons were the source.

Then continued its Nuclear testing and missile delivery system programs.
