#1 Notice the common default of existing medical conditions (schizophrenia). Also note the previous felony firearms violation and use of gasoline with probable intent to do bodily harm.

Jam's schizophrenia is now in remission and he is no longer a threat to anyone.

White House: We need some serious deflection from Joe's issues.

DOJ: What kind?

White House: Something that well light fires and spark lot of riots and looting. Something that will have the Media's attention instead the problems over here?

DOJ: We think we have the thing. There's this 5 year old case that happen under Trump. Where a Black ~~schizophrenia~~ "Mentally Challenged" ~~man~~ person with a history of ~~violent~~ control issues was shot and killed.

DOJ: We just have work out a few details like...
How a person can be shot 59 times and have 76 gunshot wounds? How many wounds were self inflected?

An how many rounds were shot at the LEO's by ~~him~~ the person?

How a person with a history of such issues could purchase a firearm?

#3 Cell phone footage of the Aug. 5, 2016, shooting from outside the building captured about three minutes of gunfire. In the footage, officers can be heard issuing commands to put a gun down.

A medical examiner's report said Robinson was believed to be shot 59 times, leaving him with 76 bullet wounds, 11Alive reported.

“Over 90 rounds were fired at my son, flash-bang grenades were thrown at him, landed on him burning him," Robinson's mother, Monteria Robinson, said at a news conference in June 2020. "Somebody walked up the stairs, stood over him, and shot down into his body two more times. After that, he was handcuffed and drug down a flight of stairs."

Robinson's family has accused the officers involved of using excessive force. In a 2018 lawsuit, his mother claimed law enforcement had been made aware of his mental health condition and was not properly trained on how to handle it in an arrest.

Defensive wound protocol: Subject is holding his arms in front of his body, bullet goes through both arm and body. Quite frequent actually. You get a twofer.

#7 Does seem like a bit of overkill.....I suspect if he had been shot only once, none of this theater would be taking place. Tho' that "standing over" the perp and shooting him twice more (if true) could get you a felony charge.

#8 Mercutio, I knew a cop that once had to go in front a grand jury about that. The concrete chips around an exit wound were the problem.
Bad guy (2 armed robbery convictions, and had just shot another cop) had soaked up 2 and was down, but not done. Fortunately, there were witnesses that saw the bad guy on the ground waving his gun in the air. So it was a walk on walk off performance.
