#2 The only caveat is, if I recall correctly, there's no cracking planet in Florida. All fuel for transportation has to be shipped in.

#3 Plus in California if you are an independant trucker you are not allowed in California and if your truck is more than 3 years old you cannot drive it in California.

#5 Plus in California if you are an independant trucker you are not allowed in California and if your truck is more than 3 years old you cannot drive it in California.
