It is pretty clear the original agreement was reached based on the 2020 Socialcrat Election needs and agenda. A need and agenda that falsely portrayed "MAGA Voters" as Racists, and to influence and publicly stigmatize any Black Voters supporting Trump.

In short to influence voters using script written staged actions and lies.

Also since the Cook Co. DA "dropped" charges it was never officially addressed by the Courts. So YES the State AG can now charge and haul his lying Vaseline butt back into court.

Note: Sure JS can sue Cook Co. for his $$$$ back and the value of any community time served. He might even become a millionaire again, IF he wins.
