#13 Biden is the perfect president for the bureaucracy, who are now firmly in charge. He does whatever they tell him to do. Any replacement might have ideas of his/her own, which the bureaucracy would not like. Therefore they will keep Joe forever.

#15 Kennedy was a mess his second term, Roosevelt had issues and the dems never removed them. Jill will run the presidency until election time. They will never pull him, that admitting defeat. They put him in power knowing he was incapable, and they did it to manipulate the office. They are right where they want to be, why change it?
