#2 Tinderbox you say? I suppose in a worse case scenario there could be absolute lawlessness, no running or potable water, no electricity, no fuel of any kind for that matter. Streets piled high with garbage, human waste, and bodies.

Fortunately the local population has taken the precaution of handling all of that ahead of time.

#6 Depends on your metric for success. Haiti was a mess, but a lot of people made good money 'fixing' it. And the best part is that Haiti is still f**ked up, so you can run the same play all over again. Hopefully, without the cholera.
