#1 Fusion will eventually have to disclose its ties to the CIA.

#2 BINGO:

Bruce Ohr, a senior official in the Department of Justice. Ohr’s wife, a former CIA analyst and expert in Russian history, had done freelance work for Fusion. Simpson and Fritsch never imagined their connections to Steele, Clinton, the FBI, and Ohr would become public and subsequently provide the framework for a deep-state conspiracy theory.

Emphasis added.

#4 The problem I see is that various parties in this case do have legitimate intelligence/national security affiliations and information released could be legitimately damaging. The bigger underlying problem is that the intelligence/national security apparatus has been (and continues to be) used in seriously wrongful, partisan political ways.

#5 I think it is great that a 60 year old woman would suddenly develop an interest in ham radio. Even if the whole thing seems a bit more than suspicious

#8 Anyone with a bit of sense and a concern for TEOTWAWKI would already have obtained a Tech-level amateur radio license and a 2M transceiver for emergency use. Might even keep a spare 2M transceiver in a Faraday cage at home.

#9 Mr. Taylor told the plaintiff’s son-in-law that there were things both parties would not want revealed in discovery. What did he think that would be for the plaintiff?

#10 Nah, that can't be. Fusion GPS couldn't violate ethics rules because they don't have any.
