#2 Sure, China will stop building the coal-fired power plants it needs just because some whiny Western NGOs said so.

Would it be mean to point out that despite not being a signatory to the silly Paris climate accord, the US is the only country reduce CO2 emissions? Thank you frackers for all that lovely clean natural gas!
