#3 Same thing could be done here. Those sojurs who go to meetings could spend their 2-3 week annual encampments along the Mex border. Got to go to encampments somewhere. Think of all the map reading, patrolling, communications, air-to-ground coordination, POW handling, medical assistance, and drone surveillance training they could get in. Must be some places out there where a few rifle and pistol ranges could be set up.
