#2 I was thinking about the issue of whether it would be easier to laser kill drones or incendiary balloons.

It would seem balloons would be easier except that the balloon bobble with the lower level wind turbulence and also the incendiary isn't what you want your laser to hit.

They say "Shoot the archer, not the arrow". In this case, shoot him right in the supply chain.
