#5 Raj, it's entirely possible that the sea level only rose 1/2 inch in Boston, while it rose 8 inches in Florida. I mean - look at a map. Florida is below Boston. Everyone knows that water flows downhill. Q.E.D.

#13 There was one earthquake in Florida in 2020.

On June 11,2021 after the US Navy tested the survivability of an aircraft carrier by detonation of large bomb, and creating a 3.9 magnitude earthquake, Florida has registered four earthquakes in 12 days.

In the interim a building collapsed in the 12 day earthquake zone....

Coincidence ?

#15 Sea level is also higher where the earth's density is less. Gravity, doncha know. Mass has more mass from solid rock; Florida is less dense, geologically. But I like the settlement angle, too.

This is a SUPERCLUSTER of earthquakes, no telling what be coming next !!!

Palm Bay (13.9 km ESE of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) / rattling, vibrating / 2-5 s : The floor under my feet (concrete covered in tile) thumped for about 2 seconds—felt the percussion in the air, and the water in my fish tank shook.
