Those that were weaned in Smart Phones and Tables might buy into a little of the PR Dream.

But until Broke-Land decides to ENFORCING ALL LAWS and starts making more than a few Dog and Pony Show arrests.

The needed Tax Base $$$$ will continue to flee and/or refuse to return.

Oregon has a relatively high State income tax but no State sales tax; this latter fact was used in the past (as I recall at least 5 years ago) in a tourism promo
