162.415 Official misconduct in the first degree. (1) A public servant commits the crime of official misconduct in the first degree if: (A) The public servant knowingly fails to perform a duty imposed upon the public servant by law or one clearly inherent in the nature of office; or

THE QUESTION NOW IS: Which LEO will be the 1st to arrest a City Councilman or the Mayor or maybe even the Chief of Police, for issuing such Illegal Orders?

#4 Same in Albuquerque without the colorful celebrations as in Portland. Even if they're without plates altogether. It's 'equity' as the compliant have to foot the bill for 'uninsured motorist' through their insurer. And yes its a Donk mayor and council and DA.
