If a Mob or Radical Group known to be DESTRUCTIVE, Physically Abusive, Destructive to private Property, Looters and Arsonists came on the property in a aggressive manner. Then failed to heed verbal warnings to cease trespassing and continued towards owner, owners house or the owners family. 1 Warning shot into the ground. Then whatever steps needed to protect family, property and themselves.

It appears that, in Missouri, you can legally shoot and kill a trespasser if they are on private property, whether or not they are threatening you or committing a crime at the time. Jul 9, 2020" So Missouri Laws appears to be on the owners side also.

#2 Justice has gone totally amok in this country. McCloskey's should have been applauded for showing restraint in a bad situation and defending themselves and their property. And what of BLM that night? What about Soros-inserted Kim Gardner and her legal shenanigans? Did any on them have to stand before lady justice? What-a-crock. Heading towards a banana republic rapidly. Maybe, we are already there.

#3 The way I heard it the guns were disabled when the incident occurred and the prosecutor 'repaired' them for the trial.
In other words the prosecutor tampered with the evidence.
And didn't the BLM 'mostly peaceful' protesters break down the gate? That's a hellva "wrong turn".

St L has been in economic decline for a long time. It lost population again in the 2020 census. Population in 1950 was about 800k. Population was about 350k in 2000 and is now about 310k.
