#1 The shooters draw aim and targeting clearly shows he is/was well practiced for this type of multi-opposing side target scenario.

ALSO: Did anyone else note a guy 100 yds further down the alley (1:25+/- mark)headed in the same direction. He did not change his stride, path or flinch and just kept walking towards the shooting scene like nothing abnormal?

BTW: Having had a IL. State Issued Firearm Lic. back in the late 90's. while doing some work area DOD work... I'll always remember it was clearly marked....
