#5 One reason people get fired is because of poor judgement. You really cannot predict every possible future situation which is why you should try to always hire people with good judgement. And we have CNN rehiring someone who demonstrated the worst kind of judgement and publicly acknowledges he is “deeply moronic”.

I am actually happy CNN does this to themselves.
