#4 What a bunch of nonsense coming from the governor. So if the Federal government allows anyone to flood into the U.S., they can be relocated wherever they are needed to sway an election. With "proper" incentives (e.g. buying of votes or threats to be returned from wherever they came or bribes), they can be encouraged to vote for the "proper" candidate or issue. What's to keep them from voting in non-local elections? Voting is a right of free citizens.

#5 How about 'they can't vote but can be elected to office to include this one'?

#6 The Chinese are going to start boating people over with all their plastic junk. It would only take ~100 million a few months before Election Day to select the GIVERnment they want with out ‘buying’ it as they do today.

#7 This only - supposedly - applies to local elections, and the local jurisdiction has the power to determine who votes in that jurisdiction (as long as it does not violate US civil rights laws.)
