#1 Although black immigrants colonists are more successful than American-born blacks, their relative success does not get passed onto their children.

Easily explained. The children of immigrants, (possibly having no foreign homeland point of reference) assisted by a sympathetic government, tend to assimilate into the local black culture.

#9 Everyone, regardless of race, are respected and free. There are no intentional barriers thrown up to impede their success and they are used to hard work and sacrifice.

There is no racism in this country.

There are Black Americans who are excellent business people. One who is an aquaintance who only had one restaurant a year ago now has 3 restaurants that he established during the pandemic while many were closed.
