#1 pretty easy to make hoax bomb threats and, if they do it with throw away phones or from proxy numbers or from public libraries, it is almost impossible to tell who made the threat

#3 My first suspicion would be a false-flag operation.
My second would be that the call came from the pro-Paleostinian side.

(Yes, those are the same thing, but if you say it in a different way, it sounds like two separate talking points and is more convincing)
