OREGON LAW(S) Regarding this matter.
ORS 163.275 Coercion - A person commits the crime of coercion when the person compels or induces another person to engage in illegal conduct. To unlawfully cause physical injury to some person. Coercion is a Class C felony

(b) Unlawfully cause physical injury to some animal;

(c) Unlawfully cause damage to property;

(d) Engage in conduct constituting a crime

(f) Cause or continue a strike, boycott or other collective action injurious to some person's business....

ORS 163.165- Assault 3rd degree
1. (e) While being aided by another person actually present, intentionally or knowingly causes physical injury to another;
(2)(a) Assault in the third degree is a Class C felony.

1) A person commits the crime of menacing if by word or conduct the person intentionally attempts to place another person in fear of imminent serious physical injury.

(2) Menacing is a Class A misdemeanor.
