Grom, in winter of 2016 we had to infiltrate an event planned by commies in the state of Gujarat, India. We were expecting academicians and rich elites conspiring with student unions to subvert government policies, helping them procure weapons and all. We were supposed to find deeply indoctrinated supporters of militancy, committed comrades with Che t-shirts and fist waving bob cut dykes etc. Sure they all talked the talk very well.

But behind the podium from whence the speech was being given, were three framed photographs. Two of some local champions whom my predecessors had sent to hell. The one in the middle, was of poor Groucho Marx.

The globalists too make the error of believing that they'll reign in islam when the time comes. But when the islam gets in into the individual, the family, the game is out of everyone's hands.

It comes with its own insidiously subtil potpourri of cultural nuances - arts, music, love and sex, spices and festivities and goodwill with the name of Allah strewn about 50 times a day. It is a curse, born out of the neglect of lofty human civilization and the indifference of societies which damned themselves to sharing a world with it forever. Our chief error was that we underestimated it. Both islam and leftists see each other as tools, but the civilizational integrity, strength of purpose and martial dominance is always on islam's side.

In fact it gained velocity as the other religions and paradigms of social organization proved increasingly debatable to a rapidly progressing world. Today, the christian boy, the hindu boy, the sikh or jain youth brings not much to a love affair. The handsome kafir killer brings a healthy bod [does not drink or smoke], a rebel image and a fearless [does not fear jail or public shame] attitude, a confidence the mamma's boy next door will not have. Naturally, you're swept off your feet, especially if all you've seen are hypocrites and misogynists in your family playing 'man of the house'. It's no wonder that almost all big stars [deities to the people] are moslems. Bollywood controls much of our fake national sentiment, and moslems control bollywood.

They control the very imagining of romance, for the average Indian. Let that sink in.

#33  #32 Actually Islam does produce some religious imagery. Depiction of living things is forbidden of course, but writing Quranic text isn't. So the sculptors and painters of yore found a loophole of sorts.

They twisted the letters of the scripts used in Arabic/Turkish/Persian in a way that it would look like a living thing. Sort of like a new font. Technically they could claim to have only written Quranic verses, so they wouldn't be penalized by the clerics.

But I do see your point. The nutjobs at Taliban as well as Daesh clearly don't even excuse even the loophole versions, which essentially sums up Islam.

#35 I would argue that the purpose of faith was not to produce fancy imagery and employ artisans, but to make a better class of human. Faith that tangentially goes the organized religion way often produces an industry of imagery, doctrine and soon... ideology that superimposes the wishful thinking of man on the possibility of his maker. As an Indian I can vouch for most of our modern religion being only skin deep, superficial; only dressed in beautiful arcana from the past. It takes years of wasting your life to understand that these artistic forms of the numinous only glorify inactivity and submission. While the jihad is in character with the very nature of base man, survival against odds, conquest of all he surveys, and dominion.

This is why the systems that were practical for purposes of empire building or social structuring for conquest flourished, and societies that gazed at images in smoke with reverence are today chasing their right to coexist with barbarians who don't give a shit.

And in all this noise, the voice of God is long forgotten.

But in this case, I interpret Elmereng Jease8364 statement in #29 about the Mother cult as a reference to Catholicism — the Islamic view is that the Mary cult is straightforward idolatry, and a substantial number of Muslim thought leaders value females primarily for the womb jihad, expecting them to push out large numbers of future jihadis and producers of more jihadis.

Rather than the visual and plastic arts, Jews put their artistic energy into the poetry of prayers and psalms, and their intellectual energy into understanding the world and human nature well enough to figure out how best to live within God’s laws in the world and society as it is.

I agree. Religious imagery is primarily a tool for a stable illiterate society.
