#2 /\ I'm familiar with a simpler variant of this recipe. This one uses Duke's mayo and crab salad. Probably make a meal outta a couple of 'em with a piece of corn bread. ASAP (As Southern As Possible).

We always fried the green tomatoes that didn't ripen but had to be picked...bread crumbs, etc., etc...the simple things in life.
