Depending upon the discipline, and one can easily guess what her job was, it would be fairly simply task over time to 'rack & stack' known targets and assets. No telling how may networks or people she was actually responsible for terminating.

As you may recall, the Iranian regime did indicate there would be "consequences" connected to the death of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force commander Qasem Suleimani.

#4 They wouldn’t have had this problem if they’d told protesting Muslim translators on staff to shove it when Jewish native speakers came forward after 9/11, offering to help the FBI, CIA, and DOD out of patriotic duty. Instead they surrendered to Muslim refusal to work with Jews, and have been suffering the natural results of that decision ever since.
