So the Brown Shirts have escalated to deadly weapons to increase the violence.

Portland just became a Target Rich Environment.

Oregon Laws allows deadly force in the following ways:

1. When someone is committing or attempting to commit a felony involving the use or threatened imminent use of physical force against a person.

2. When someone is committing or attempting to commit a burglary in a dwelling.

3. When someone is using or about to use unlawful deadly physical force against a person.

SEATTLE TAKE NOTE:
Washington state law is pretty much the same.
Neither state requires a person to retreat before using deadly force.
