#1 One may ask why do cities re-elect the Mayors after that mayor allows hundreds of businesses to be burned to the ground.

They don't get re-elected. They remain in power by Soros and Clinton Foundation financed Dominion Election Systems developed for places like California, Oregon, Venezuela, and for the drug Cartels who can sell any narcotic in Oregon now, that too approved by Dominion Systems Algorithms.

I've been there, spoken with people. Much of the population believes themselves to be morally superior and, to maintain that belief, they elect people who loudly say they represent the downtrodden or the environment.
