Other more notable "accidents" include Ruby Ridge and Waco.

No, I think the problem here is that Flynn annoyed too many people - by being right when the majority of "intelligence" community was wrong.

#14 Um, correct me if I'm wrong but if you submit false evidence it IS perjury. So the judge is hiving the DOJ a chance to go back and clean up their testimony??? This is the very thing DOJ did not allow Flynn to do in the beginning. This is judicial overreach by any measure...
