#1 It is unclear if the worker knew that the ballot was part of the stolen haul.

Don't care. Punishment should be severe. Except for junk mail, of course. They should get bonuses for that.

#2 Irrelevant. The theft is the crime and involving ballots makes it worse.

#3 From Denver, a report about ballot dumping all over town, which adds:

Another response stood out, too. "Please spread the word," it began. "If you have not gotten your ballot by Saturday, October 17, go to GoVoteColorado.gov to check your registration info. If it is correct, call 311 to request a replacement."

#4 I still have not received my ballot. My wife did. I checked VoteWa.gov and I am still registered. it claims my ballot has been sent. I requested a replacement a week ago. No replacement yet.
I've been voting from the same address for over 20 years.

#5 I am planning on voting in person on November 3 (Election Day). That way, my vote is more likely to be counted.

#6 I had no intention of voting by mail. I will show up in person with my g(r)om special edition mask and cast my votes. I'm not totally convinced of these computerized methods, either, but that's another story.
