#2 Could be the navigator. Cold be that youtube memorizes your IP. (That would not be "disloylty" from Chrome) Or could be that when you install it Chrome generates a random signature and sends it to ggodle-owned sites thus allowing them to track you. Technically Chrome wouldbe clearing your data beut that Google would defintely be cheating you

I'm looking at a Lynx machine but we use Blues Iris For Win 7 & 10. Any suggestion?

#6 I use Firefox as they used to be the anti-IE/Edge, but I thought I read/heard somewhere that they (FF) are "selling out" now.

I used to run Linux on my older machine...got lazy and haven't downloaded it to this desktop. I've already had two BSOD's in recent months. Thanks to Windows.

#7 I use Brave and have alot of sites whining about not allowing ads on my screen:) It's built from firefox I think, given it's made under the Mozilla license. I also make sure it's set to search using duckduckgo.

#11 /\ Interesting. I was going to download FF to my phone, but the reviews on FF for mobile devices were not that good. "Duck" has potential then.
