#2 It should be a crime to protest wearing a face mask for the purpose of preventing identification and tracking of criminal or even mischievous acts.
In other words antifa members should not be allowed to wear masks.
Antifa should be arrested, ID'ed, tracked and fined for wearing a mask.

The CA State AG and City DA are in a Conundrum.

He/She/She-He's, He-She's, Sh-IT's/? must at least pretend to address this as a FELONY. Or the Federal Government clearly has authority to bring charges for Civil Rights violations, Hate Crimes, and more.

But if the City/State DA/AG act then the BLM / ANTI-FA SA troops will turn on them and storm the State/City officials in homes.

So the states only option might be to charge them, bond them out using Socialist funded bail money fund and delay the trial well into 2021+.

BTW: The announced Secession of certain UBER Liberal Socialist leaning states and the hinted CHINA military re-enforcement/support if they do so.... Plans to make Nov.- Jan. 2021 and interesting few months.

But we'll know if the DOD is taking the CHINA Military support of a Secession as a serious issue. Just by watching to see if Trump orders a redeployment of US DOD assets Equipment and supplies (ammo/USAF Nukes/Sub-Nukes) out of these subversive states, to more stable safe and pro USA locations.
