#1 Giuliani should open-source the contents of the hard drive and let the public mine the data. Extract the metadata from and time-stamp each document.

Then sort them into multiple tables defined as people; funding sources; uses of funds; size timing and flows of funds, etc.

Once this is done it will be child's play to expose & bring down "the Big Guy."
