Lefty has a prominent forearm tattoo some think is the A (for Anarchist) wheel, some maybe think a Dharma Chakra which is a bit unusual for someone with assassin thoughts, nobody thinks it has anything to do with Lefty being a mariner.

Theory is, and evidence seems to support this, is he is a trained professional probably of rank who during escalating tensions casually fired a handgun into the air, and moments later was Kyle vs Child Raper.
