#1 Actually, six months ago I'd never have believed the impact of the lockdowns would not be much worse than it has been. The question remains: is the collapse still just ahead?

#4 Likely we've learned at least one valuable lesson from the lockdown which is that there is no need whatsoever for workers to commute to an office anymore. Most, if not all, of the work can be done remotely by telecommuting. The savings in energy, wear and tear on cars, car insurance and infrastructure will be tremendous. And this is not to mention the time workers will save by not having to drive to work anymore. I think a lot of workers are much better off as a result of the lockdown. Sit on that and rotate, Xi.
