My guess is that Hamza are arab speakers and Sultan Murad are Turkish speakers fighting as mercenaries for the Azers.

#2 Name searches added. I believe the SNA is the grandly named Syrian National Army, the paramilitaries organized in Syria by Turkey made up of Turkic jihadis from Syria and the Caucuses plus former ISIS fighters willing to accept a new paymaster.

#5 Besides better training, the Armenians might have the newer T-5000 Tochnosts, or even Chukavins, too.

Both apparently much better that the standard 3rd-world Dragunov sniper rifles.
