No question the lady who got all riled up was Hispanic with probably more Indio (and black) admixture than the woman she was calling a jogger. Wasn't racist so much as angry and looking for a word most likely to trigger a negative response in the recipient of the invective.

#11 If she married the LT Governor she could easily be in the process of being naturalized. I think marriage to a citizen puts you in the front of the line and allows you to stay.

#14 She is NOT black, white or Latin. She is Brazilian. A unique racial mix and of Brazilian with class, charm and beautiful heart. The Lt Governor I can assure you will attribute his high level of political success the support he gets from his Brazilian wife and culture.

God bless her. And her testimony of her great love of the US.

Side note: I know a family whose husband was American and wife a legal green card holder whose two children, a daughter who served in the Marine Corp, the son in the Army in Afghanistan and survived service in the deadly Taliban stronghold of Helmond Province as part of the ISAF forces before returning home. His Brazilian green card mother was his backbone through out his service to the United States of America.
