#11 I'm not sure what this 9News is, but the only person in the area which looks anything like a reporter is some gal with a safety vest with "Press" stenciled onto it, and some sort of emblem; looks like typical Blamtifa Media Agent: not an official media uniform, multiple prop cameras, movement and behavior - dude gets shot and she is right there unflinching.

If shooter was there to protect a legit pencilneck with a mic and camera crew, he was some 40 yards away from that scene, which isn't bodyguarding.

"IMO, best guess is 9 News Colorado probably hired Antifa scum as both security and as bait for a “news gathering” creation, & then went trolling to try to get footage of a (provoked) fight. IMO, looks like there were at least three people in on the plan:

1) the 9 News “producer,”

2) the Antifa “security,” Matt Doloff, and

3) the young man who kept trying to provoke a fight (IMO, bait) — probably also Antifa.

i think the guy who was shot and killed figured it all out and was confronting the producer, and the security drew down on him, and killed him when he used mace in response."

#13 Dollof was not a Pinkerton employee, per Pinkerton, HOWEVER:

Later Sunday, the company added: “The agent is not a Pinkerton employee but rather a contractor agent from a third-party vendor. The vendor is responsible for proper licensing for all agents under their employment. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure any agents assigned to security projects have the required documentation execute the assignment.”

#16 Something I have not seen discussed in regard to this incident, even on several gun blogs (or in the comments) was the shooter was pretty quick and most reports I have seen say it was a head shot, which isn't a simple thing even close up.

Everyone was just kinda standing around until the shot was fired. In fact, everyone kinda seemed surprised other than the media agent and the shooter who, by training or intent, surrendered quite quickly and professionally.

Unless you are interested in mindset and procedure, skip the prik to 1:56:00

First see Clockwork Orange at 1:56:56, she is official Blamtifa Media, with the video cameras with optical zoom, backup video recorder system, and fanny pack within which I'd guess there is a way to upload to a media center for quick production turn-around among other essential items like extra batteries, memory cards, etc.

The whole event is recorded, that can be uploaded to media center for framing and story and quickly sent to their NBC Affiliate to make the first take, especially if this was a trophy hunt as a good case could be made that it is.

charger, I'm going to guess all of them have a designated person to receive Local Blamtifa Chapter Media Representative official photo and story.

Blamtifa gets their story out, media has a plausible denial and if pressed for the full recording, "Yeah, we'll get on that, might be a day or two."

By then, hell just 30 minutes later, the lie is around the world twice with "Professional Bodyguard on assignment protecting reporter from unhinged right wing extremists gets sucker punched, bear sprayed, defends his and reporter's lives."

Note that all the operational / organizational elements needed to pull this off have long been in place:

1. Local and national media workers, at all levels of the media organization, who are sympathetic to Blamtifa (if not outright champions of them)

2. Sympathetic Google / YT and Twitter "fact-checkers" who can be counted on to look the other way when you publish your lies

3. Local law enforcement who will release you if caught

4. Abundant funding from dark-money and other sources
