#2 So the guy did not dump ballots to change an election. He dumped 1800 pieces of mail. This is popping up across the US. Why? Lazy workers? Overworked? What's really going on.

Actually that is the motto of the Persian couriers of the Persian empire (prior to Alexander setting up new management). The architect of the big post office building in NYC, long time ago, added the motto to the building's facade.
