#2 The Senate can initiate criminal contempt charges against McCabe if he refuses to answer the subpoena. It can also send the Sergeant at Arms to arrest him although that has not been used since The Teapot Dome Scandal. IMHO, ObamaGate coup d' etat is far larger in scope than the TDS of 1927.
