California exceeds 4 million acres burned by wildfires in 2020

#1 Note: I lived in Fresno Ca on East Pontiac off Blackstone, in the 1970's. We occasionally had fires 1/2 this size or scale.

Note: According the WIKI this nothing knew and has been part of the natural process even before Settlers came to the area.

"....However, from a historical perspective, it has been estimated that prior to 1850, about 4.5 million acres (17,000 km²) burned yearly, in fires that lasted for months, with wildfire activity peaking roughly every 30 years, when up to 11.8 million acres (47,753 km³) of land burned."

Looking the List of fires over the last 100 years. We could just very well be seeing the 30 year peak cycle?

Or does Climate Cooling, Warming, Change happen every 30 years in California?
