#10 Friends we left behind in El Dorado Hills are facing another extended Pacific Gas & Electric shut off. The public safety message from PG&E used a new term, announcing they are going to “de-energise” the system for safety during a period of strong winds. I wonder if that is how they say it in Venezuela.
