My guess is the autopsy finds he died of an overexertion heart attack caused by PCP overdose.

#8 I'm guessing it contains the air enough that he ends up rebreathing used air. Not good when you are on the edge due to asthma or PCP. Would they do it again? If he had died without a hood that has been associated with multiple deaths, right or wrong, it wouldn't look as bad.

#9 "Peaceful" but high on PCP (angel dust)? These guys are unpredictable. They hallucinate, are paranoid and can be schizoid and can ramp up to violent hostility.
