What rules? Maybe the one about don't make the Donks look like the fools they are? Don't bring common sense or facts to the table?

Democrats are also worried about Biden’s mental stamina and his ability to remain engaged for an hour and a half during a debate.

Probably more worried about how strange it would look to give him booster doses of meth every 15 minutes in order to stand half a chance.

#3 Biden WILL have to be given the debate questions beforehand.

And the moderators will have to go to bat for him for all the questions.

But I don't believe even Donna Brazile could save him.
