#2 This decision is beyond stupid, which makes me wonder what was *really* driving her decision to veto the bill. In any case, truly sick people in power.

#3 If you read the bill carefully, I'm sure, you'll find that the funds for such separate facilities were intended to be drawn (at least in part) from one of the governor's pet projects.
