#3 Somebody's giving them free, unused syringes. They think they're doing a good thing, preventing infections, but they're really enabling the junkies to destroy not only themselves but the entire city as well.

#4 In my day the surest signs of increased drug enforcement were finding dead junkies with the needle still I’m thier arm. The dealers at the street level were moving uncut or only slightly cut product with much higher purity and the junkies were gone in the first minute. They wanted to unload product to avoid being caught with inventory and as one dealer told me, there’s always more junkies.
