#7 Go read the old ignored text. Show me the powers of the central government on education. I do see the 10th Amendment.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

It's applicability is somewhere in there where SCOTUS struck down the Constitution.
